Leadership
I&A Electricals is led by its founder, Irfan Shaikh, who established the company in 2013. Mr. Shaikh continues to personally oversee project planning, uphold quality standards, and manage client relationships. He is supported by two co-founders, Mr. Arbaaz Khan and Mr. Karim Shaikh, who lead on-site execution and team coordination. Together, this leadership team has directed projects ranging from single-unit residential wiring to the full-scale electrification of sophisticated data centers.
